How fast can I get an ATM installed?
An EESI ATM will be installed within 5-7 days by a qualified factory-trained technician.
How about leasing/renting program availability?
Leasing opportunities are available with low monthly rates or if renting is an option, low monthly rental fees are available if qualified.
When do I receive my ATM surcharges?
Unlike other providers, EESI mails a monthly itemized statement with a check by the 15th of each month not 30-45 days after the months close.
What about service and receipt paper?
We are on call 7/24/365. Most breakdowns are handled over the phone by a certified technician. In case a field service call is required, a 24 hr response time is typical. Paper is free to all EESI customers.
What about converting my present ATM to EESI ATM Transaction processing service?
A well trained specialist is authorized for conversion on most off premise ATMs. We are also Triple-Des conversion certified and offer EMV compliant atms with the new TR-31 PCI keypads and software.
What areas do you service for ATM machine?
Founded in northern New Jersey, we cover the entire state including New York and eastern Pennsylvania. If you’re looking for a full service ATM placement in your store, we focus on eastern NY, NYC and northern NJ, however if you want to own and operate your own ATM, we cover a much broader area.
